At Prettylittlechaosandco, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to help with eligible returns under the following guidelines.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• Have all original tags attached (if applicable).
• Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, or damage.
• Be returned in their original condition.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Clearance or sale items
• Accessories
• Jewelry
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Intimates or swimwear (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival, or if inventory is available for a different size. If your preferred item is out of stock, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Prettylittlechaosandco is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
